The July 2026 Edition begins Sunday, July 26.

We'll meet live on a Zoom link every Sunday at 7:00 PM EST for six weeks to build confidence, strengthen mindset, and put new skills into practice.

If your athlete has a tournament, family vacation, or can't attend live, don't worry! Every athlete receives access to the complete Bootcamp Replay Library, so every lesson is available to watch—or revisit—throughout the program. She'll never fall behind and can review the coaching whenever she needs an extra confidence boost.

Each week also includes a Mindset Challenge designed to help athletes put what they've learned into action. Even if she misses a live session, she'll be encouraged to complete the weekly challenge so she continues building the habits, confidence, and mental toughness that lead to lasting results.
